Return Policy
There is possibility to return goods, which are bought from our e-shop, to Bestbrands Retail Estonia OÜ within 14 days from the day you have received the goods. Goods, which are delivered to parcel machine within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to parcel machine.
Return of the goods
- For returning the goods must be packed to original package if possible. Returnings from one order must be returned and packed into one package. Direct costs of the return are covered by client.
- Returned goods must be unused and in the condition, which they were, when you got the goods. There in no right to return goods such as underwear, swimwear, socks and tights.
- If you have made the return and we have got the returned goods you will receive the confirmation letter by email.

Repayment for the returned good
We will refund the amount of purchase for the returned goods immediately, but no later than 14 calendar days. Refund will be made to the same bank account, from which was paied for the purchase.
If the buyer don`t come to pick up the goods from our office within 14 days or doesn`t pick up the goods from parcel machine within 7 days, the contract will be withdrawn and the money will be refunded to buyers account not later than in 14 calendardays. Refund will be made to the same bank account, from which was paied for the purchase.
USED OR DAMAGED GOODS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
